Volunteer Opportunities

 all HOSa members are required to perform a minimum of 30 hours of community service during the school year.

YOUR OFFICERS ARE STILL WORKING DILIGENTLY COMPILING A LIST OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOU TO UTILIZE TO COMPLETE THOSE HOURS.  tHEY MUST BE DOCUMENTED AND BE CONFIRMABLE.

**ALL COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS for the first semester ARE TO BE TURNED in NO LATER THAN december 16, 2009.**

10 OF YOUR HOURS MAY COME FROM YOUR SUMMER VOLUNTEER HOURS FOR THIS COMMITMENT. 

 all OF YOUR HOURS TOTAL MAY BE USED FOR END OF THE YEAR TOTALS.

• 10 ~ Austin Memory Walk (4 Hrs)
  ~ Walk MS (4-5 Hrs)          
• 11 ~ Walk Now for Autism (4 Hrs)
• 17 ~ Start! Heart Walk (4-5 Hrs)          
  ~ Outlaw Trail 100 (Up to 9 Hrs)
• 25 ~ Livestrong Challenge (12 Hrs or a shift of 6 Hrs)
      ~ Buddy Walk (4 Hrs)
• 30 ~ HOSA Blood Drive (1-1.5 Hrs)
• 31 ~ Walk to Cure Diabetes (3-3.5 Hrs)
