Don't Forget...There is no school on Monday, June 15. The students will have a half day on June 16, and that will be their last day of school. I'd like to thank everyone for being so helpful and supportive this year. It's been a pleasure working with you and your child during the second half of the school year, and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to meet and get to know most of you. I've truly enjoyed working with my group of first graders and I'm going to miss everyone so much! I'm so proud of the progress that the students have made, and I wish them the best of luck as they move on to second grade. I hope everyone has a relaxing summer, and enjoy the extra time you get to spend with your child! :)

Reminders: *On Tuesday, your child will be bringing home his/her report card and pencil box. If possible, could you please send in a plastic bag with your child so that he/she has something to bring their crayon basket home in. Thanks!
*I will be sending home a packet of activities for the students to do over the summer months. These activities will provide practice of the skills that your child learned in first grade this year, and will ensure a fast start in second grade.
