IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS AND REMINDERS

1. Grade Reports: Please look for this report and sign it and send it back on Friday. Please look for the reports every Thursday.

3. BEHAVIOR: I hope with the beginning of the New Year that students will do a great job working quietly, using their time wisely to complete their work, and will avoid socializing with their neighbors and will do their best to complete high quality work.

4.AMERICA RESEARCH REPORT REQUIREMENTS. About every 5 weeks the students will receive a new report to work on. Please go to My Homework page to view the requirements for their next report. The next report is a research report on the causes of the Revolutionary War. The report is due Tuesday, February 23.

5. Reading Logs: Please be supportive of this important instructional program by making sure your child reads each night, fills out their log, and sign their log. WE HAVE ABOUT 5-10 STUDENTS WHO EITHER DO NOT DO THEIR LOGS OR JUST DO IT EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE. YOUR SUPPORT OF THIS IMPORTANT LEARNING EXPERIENCE IS CRITICAL TO YOUR CHILD'S EDUCATION.

6.Spelling Words: Go to My Homework and click on weekly spelling words for the current list of words. Print it out and bring it to school on Monday and you will receive a candy.

7.CREATIVE WRITING STORIES: During the year I will publish on my website the stories your children write in my class.
