Help our 5th graders earn money for special end- of- year events while giving a unique gift to family and friends this holiday season!
 
These high quality glass ornaments are personalized with you child's name, grade, year and school mascot.

Please complete the order form below and return to the 5th grade PTSA. 
  • Orders received by Friday, October 30th will be available for pick- up before Thanksgiving break.
  • Orders received between November 1-19th will be available for pick- up December 5th at the PTSA Breakfast with Santa, and
  • Orders received November 20th-December 5th will be available Thursday, December 17.
