Dear 2B Families,

I truly enjoyed meeting with you at the recent parent/teacher progress report conferences.  I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to work with each of your precious children this year!  Your support and desire to work as part of The Atlantis team to help your child reach his/her full potential has been appreciated and noted.

Swim has been going very well in our class and most students really seem to be enjoying the experience.  Thank you for remembering to send your child with the needed supplies each Friday.

Please make sure to pack a healthy snack and extra drink in your child's bag each day (in addition to lunch).  We enjoy a snack break each day, and the nutrition your child receives from his/her snack fuels his/her brain and body to optimize learning potential.

 Important Information:

• There will be no school from Thursday, December 22nd at 11:30, through Monday, January 2nd.  School will resume on Tuesday, January 3rd.
• Students will not be exchanging gifts in 2B.  However,  your children may bring in store bought or homemade holiday cards for their classmates, as long as they include all the students in our class. Samarah, Skyla, Vicki, Mackenzie, Owen, Kylie, Heaven, Brenden, Ryan, Zachary, Colin, Adam, Jason, Madison Mc Elroy, Olivia, Aaron, Madison Moniz, Melyssa, Bryan, Cassidy, Alexis, Nathan, and Chris.
• We will be having a holiday celebration on Wednesday, December 21st in the afternoon.  The supplies and treats for the party will be provided by my family.
• Currently, we are in desperate need of the following supplies: plastic spoons, tissues, and antibacterial wipes.  Thank you to those families who have recently sent in classroom supplies!
