4:00am            Tri-State Travel motor coaches arrive at EJH to load

4:15am            Student call time

5:00am            Coaches depart for Ohio

8:30am            E.S.T.-Indiana Turnpike Howe Service Plaza

·         (Band Boosters will have breakfast snacks and beverages underneath the coaches to serve at this stop) Driver changes here.

9:00am            Depart the break stop

11:45am          Ohio Turnpike Vermilion Service Plaza/Mile Marker 139

·         Lunch at Food Court - Boosters provide cash payout to all passengers

·         Drivers will fuel motor coaches

12:45pm          Depart Lunch Stop.

3:15pm            Pennsylvania Turnpike Oakmont Plum Plaza MM 49 (30 minute break)

6:00pm            Pennsylvania Turnpike Plainfield Plaza MM 219

·         Dinner stop - Boosters provide cash payout to all passengers

7:00pm            Depart the dinner stop

7:30pm            Arrive Holiday Inn/Harrisburg West Hotel
